It is science and an art. It is logical, technical and at the same time creative. Doing Search Engine Optimization, you need to be part technical and part marketer.
Most of all the Search Engine Optimization methodology is about using keywords and how visitors are getting to your website. Not all the keywords are the same. Some keywords will be better at bringing in buyers while others will be better at attracting researchers.

Off site Search Engine Optimization refers to everything you do outside your physical website. Getting other relevant websites to link to your website is a crucial part of SEO. Links should always be from relevant websites, directories, blogs and various social media channels. Ideally your keywords will be placed in the anchor text of the link pointing back to your website.
Search Engine Optimization is the science and art of increasing the traffic you get from search engines. SEO includes improving external and internal aspects of your website.
