After attending two action packed days at the Excellence & Innovation Conference, I held a one-day advance Digital Marketing training for around 60 WSI Internet Consultants.

As usual these days are hard work, as I have to lecture, as there are too many attendees to have break out sessions and assignments. We do make it interactive though with questions throughout the day.
I cover the complete Digital Marketing spectrum and deliver them in 3 parts:

1.    Online Lead Generation: Introducing all the ways to generate leads online in priority of our clients business goals
2.    Online Brand credibility: In this section we introduce all the Social technologies to use. Social Tech is really important for word of mouth referrals
3.    Communicate and stay in touch: After your prospect or client has visited your site, what are the techniques to use to keep in touch and stay top of mind.
4.    We then ended off with account management strategies. The solutions discussed are Competitor Analysis, Marketing Research and measurement dashboards.
It was good fun and great to meet with my fellow ICS.
My next training session will be two days on Bogota, Colombia and a week later in Orlando.
Looking forward to seeing the WSI Internet Consultants from that area. Last year we had a blast.
